Visa
all GCC citizens will be allowed into the Kingdome of Saudi Arabia via using their Gulf Cards except for citizens from Kuwait and United Arab Emirates, where their passports will be needed.
For non GCC citizens who are willing to attend, make sure you ask the Public Relations Committee for an invitation letter which will help facilitate your VISA application process along with a formal letter helping female applicants enter the Kingdom without an accocmpanying relative "mahram".
Your passport should be valid for 3 months or more prior to your date of travel

Free transportation are provided by Guest committee, from Sites of accommodation to conference vice versa on an hourly basis
Accommodation
shared accommodation will be provided for all Student Delegates and Research Presenters of the Conference who registered online and coming from outside of Jeddah and Makkah at a 5 star hotel. For Guest who will be arriving with relatives please inform the Public Relations Committee before the 25th of January,2010 here for assistance with hotel reservations and special offers for their companions as much as possible.if you want to make your own arrangments, a list of hotels are availible here.
